Raffle ticket orders placed before 3 p.m. CST on a weekday will go out the next business day—that's a 24-hour turnaround! However, please remember that this does not apply to orders placed on a weekend. If you place your raffle ticket order on a Saturday, it will process Monday and ship Tuesday. For quantities over 5000 and stapled ticket orders, the processing time will be longer (click here for more details).

Yes, there is no charge for our raffle ticket template designs. However, the exact price of your order will vary. Things like color or black ink, the number of image uploads, your choice of stapling, the type of paper you select, and, of course, the number of tickets or other products you order all affect the price.

Absolutely! Ordering items together will save you shipping costs but delay the delivery of your tickets since our custom products have a longer turnaround.
However, ordering custom products is different from placing an order using our online raffle ticket templates. Instead, please create an account and add the tickets to your cart. They will start the custom product ordering process and finalize your order once all the necessary information is received.
Certainly! Please keep in mind that our digital proofs offer a good facsimile of what your raffle tickets will look like when printed. However, if you're concerned about the quality of our online templates or an image you uploaded and inserted into the design, we can send you a sample. Simply call our customer support team at 888.771.0809 and request a physical sample. We'll put your order on hold and send you one unperforated sample sheet via UPS Next Day Air for free!
Please keep in mind that requesting a physical proof will delay your order. This is because we don't start printing until a proof has been approved. Additionally, if you've requested your physical proof after UPS has picked up its Next Day Air shipments for the day, we will not be able to ship the sample sheet the same day.
Once you receive your physical proof, please call customer support to either confirm your order or cancel it at no cost. If you're not satisfied with your proof, we'll refund your money and you can make any adjustments to your raffle ticket design before resubmitting the order.

We offer several paper media from which to choose! The most popular is our signature 100lb cover stock. Also available is our 100% Recycled 111lb cover stock, heavyweight 100lb heat-sensitive security media, souvenir-quality heavyweight coated semi-gloss, and heavyweight 100lb (11pt) UV security media. Paper media prices vary, so please keep an eye on the fee summary on the right side of your screen at checkout!
It's a matter of your taste! The smooth finish has a matte appearance while the semi-gloss finish has more shine. The other main difference is that colors tend to stand out more with the semi-gloss finish. Other than that, both papers are excellent, heavyweight ticket stocks that deliver a professional look. Your raffle tickets will also feel great in hand—they have about the same weight as an expensive business or greeting card.
All our raffle ticket templates feature a unique motif and layout. This makes the number of characters per line vary from template to template. That said, our raffle ticket templates make it easy to check if you've entered too much text! Once you've entered all your information into the ticket template, click "View Proof" at the bottom of the page. If the text you've entered doesn't fit, the lines with too many characters will appear in red within your proof. Please keep in mind that capital letters need more space than lowercase letters, and vertical layouts usually allow for less text than horizontal layouts.

To remove a line of text within any of our raffle ticket templates, simply leave blank any lines you don't want. However, since our templates are standardized and the printing process is automated, there is no way to add a text line or reposition the text without a custom ticket order. The back of our raffle ticket templates is enabled for image upload (which is excellent for sponsor ads!), not text editing. However, there is a workaround—save the text you'd like on the back as an image file. To do so, use Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, or an online editor such a Canva or PicMonkey to create your text. Then, to avoid pixelation, save it as an image file with 300 dpi resolution for print size 3.5" x 1.75". Finally, upload that image to the back of your raffle ticket template.

Yes! To do so, please click on "My Account" and navigate to your history. Select the ticket you would like to reorder, then click the reorder button. The screen where you previously added event details will appear and you can revise your tickets as needed.
Yes! We offer roll tickets in a variety of colors. They're great for tricky trays, carnivals, and quick raffles.
Stapled raffle ticket booklets make them easier to distribute, especially if you have a team of volunteers out there selling raffle tickets! However, stapling costs a bit extra—to see how much, please select the stapling option at checkout, then choose the number of items per booklet (you can have up to 10). The price will then appear in the lower-right corner.
Since padding uses glue, it is best not to leave your padded raffle tickets somewhere cold. Doing so can cause cracking in the glue or make the padding become brittle over time. The same is true for a warm environment (such as in your hot car in the summer or out in the sun)—the heat will warm up the glue, which may lessen its binding capabilities.
Overall, it's best to let your padded booklets acclimate for 24 hours to the area in which they will be used if they have been in hot or cold elements.
Yes! We print the backs of our raffle tickets with a watermark (the Eventgroove logo) that includes micro security text—this faint and very small text usually will not show up when copied. Additionally, each raffle ticket has a unique barcode and number. Finally, every raffle ticket is printed with sequential numbering, helping to prevent fraud. All of these security features are standard!
For a small additional cost, you can choose our heat-activated, high-security ticket stock. This paper features the message "Security Paper, Do Not Duplicate" printed at a 45-degree angle in heat-sensitive ink. When you apply a little heat by rubbing, blowing, or holding the ticket next to a light bulb, the ink will change from light green to light yellow. Once the paper cools down, it returns to its original color.
You can also add holograms or gloss marks to any of our raffle tickets for a small fee.

Double-check the line that reads "Required: Start Number." Did you enter a start number? It's required! If you used letters or words (such as "none" or "one") in that line, just change that to digits. If that's not the problem, check that you didn't enter too much text on any line. Too much text will result in a pink box indicating which line is too long and appear in red within the proof.
