The only reason I gave a 4 is the complexity in using our own background for the ticket. It’s wasn’t easy to use or find on the website. I had to email back & forth about using my background. I previously have purchase very nice and good quality. This last time I was a bit disappointed, I purchased several items, one of them was a ticket, the perforation was run to low that it was on top of the letters. I also purchase Invitations using Ticket printing design, and some letters are hard to see due to the font type and size (which you are unable to change)

Exactly Correct and Classy Invitation
I created invitation "tickets" to our Roaring 20th Anniversary party. Wrote the name of each ticket holder on the back of the stub when I sent them out, our door bouncer - tore the ticket and returned the top for keepsake, and popped the stub in a tiny barrel container for a prize drawing later at the party. Huge hit!!

Thought they would be glossier, as well as more cardstock than cardboard. The proof looked better than the actual physical product. The writing was much easier to read on the proof that on the actual card. But still an awesome novelty to use for a masquerade ball birthday party instead of just a basic invitation. The website fairly easy, and customer service was helpful. I like how I can see a photo of my draft. I am disappointed with the weight/thickness of the card and the envelope. The tickets are a nice weight and size. However, the card is thin and the envelope is a little tight. Still, it was worth the price.

A2 Envelope Not Worth Buying
Although the postcard fit in the envelope, the seam line was visible, approximately one inch, in the front. The weight of the envelope was NOT 24lbs in fact, it appeared less than 20lb.
Save your money and purchase true postcard/invitation envelopes from a Office Depot or Staples.
A disappointed customer.
