I went online on a recent Friday morning and used the "Retro Colors" raffle ticket template to customize for our organization's raffle. Unfortunately, in my excitement, I neglected to include the price of the raffle tickets and the required information for the stubs. I contacted Customer Service later in the day to make the corrections. The tickets had already been printed. Wow! That was exceptionally fast! The representative offered to find the order, if I wanted to cancel and replace it at 40% off. Although I found that to be more than generous (considering that I erred), I opted to keep the original order. My tickets arrived the following Monday, and I was very pleased. They were printed on high quality paper and the design was attractive. I would definitely recommend this company, and would not hesitate to use them again. I was quite hesitant about how to design raffle tickets. However, your assorted templates made it rather easy to design our tickets - after I figured out the process. I'm 74 years old and not as computer savvy as those younger. So it took me a while to figure out the process. But in the end, the final product was very nice. I have to say this is the first time I’ve bought raffle tickets. They are nice but not knowing that the option you had available would be to be a good choice I would NEVER pick them again... the base of the ticket is sooooooo Dark, you can’t see the persons info and the base rips off so easily that these tickets are not really the quality I had hoped for. On the contrary I would not buy them again. This was quite expensive, and we have to buy special$$$ silver pens just to see the information. Not something as a first time buyer would think of. And again they tip tooooo easy. Any solutions??? I’m all ears Noreen
