Great product
Everything about my order was great. I used the customer service chat feature prior to placing my order and it was very quick and helpful. The gal who helped me even tried something with the invites I ordered to see if it worked, which it did, and she sent me instructions on how to do it! I used the mailing feature to have the postcards invites printed, addressed and mailed. So convenient and a great price. I had extra copies made and sent to me. They arrived several days before I was supposed to receive them and they were perfect. Wonderful quality. I will be sure to use Eventgroove in the future!

Another great product
The postcards turned out wonderful. Had a major problem getting the CSV file uploaded; finally had to change computers. Not everyone has the most modern software to use with all the new technology being presented but an associate there helped me as much as possible. Postcards have been delivered and we are happy with the outcome.

Barcode Taped Over Critical Info
While the printing quality and delivery were the best, the system didn't alert me that that a barcode would be taped on the front of the postcard, thereby hiding critical information, like my website. This needs to be clarified.
