What are the measurements?

They measure 3.69" × 8.49" and can be ordered with matching envelopes for easy distribution.

How long does it take to print and ship my custom backstage passes?

We offer a 24-hour turnaround on orders, outside of weekends. Any orders placed before 3 p.m. CST on a weekday will go out the very next business day. However, please be aware that if you place order on a Saturday, it will process Monday and ship Tuesday.

After your order leaves our facility, UPS determines delivery times. At checkout, you can choose the shipping option that best fits your needs.

Does my order come with a satisfaction guarantee?

Is there a minimum order?

We work with many individuals, as well as with large and small nonprofits and businesses. To accommodate everyone, our order minimum is just 50 items!

Are there samples available? I'd like to see their quality and feel the card stock in hand.

What is your cancellation policy?

We’re super fast—once you complete your order, it is automatically printed! However, if you call our customer support team at (888) 771-0809 before your order is shipped, we'll gladly refund your shipping charges.

May I hire you to design custom passes for me?

May I add images or logos?

In the event that the template you like doesn't have custom image spots, we can help by changing an online template into a custom order. Will I get a proof of my before they are printed?

Yes! When you customize any of our templates, a proof will be instantly available for your review and approval. If we create a custom design, a graphic designer will provide you with a proof. We’ll never print anything without your approval.

Is it possible to add, move, or remove a line of text within my template?

To remove a line of text from template, leave it blank—that space will remain blank within your instant proof and on your printed items. However, as all our templates are standardized, there is no way to reposition or add text without paying for a custom order.

The template I've chosen has a spot for an image upload. What happens if I do not add an image?

Nothing! Should you decide not to add a logo or image, the template's background will appear where you see the image placeholder.

Is it possible to add QR codes?

Yes! To do so, you can design your own event pass using our easy online tool—it's stocked with backgrounds, text blocks, QR codes, and anything else you might need.

Can I change the fonts, color scheme, or size of the template I’ve chosen?

May I add text to the back of my passes?

The backs of our templates are enabled only for image upload (which is terrific for things like sponsor ads!). However, there is a workaround—save the text you'd like on the back as an image file. To do so, use Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, or an online editor such a Canva or PicMonkey to create your text. Then save it as an image file with 300 dpi resolution for print size 3.5" x 1.75" (this avoids pixelation). Finally, upload the image with your text to the back of template.
