Thank you for taking time to comment on your recent Neshaminy Football Banquet event ticket order. I am sorry to hear of the delay in your shipping. I have looked up your order and have attached two images for you to follow the shipping of your order.
You placed order on Dec 5th after the 3 pm cut off so your package was not scheduled to ship until Dec 7th. We were able to get it printed that same day and shipped it one day ahead of schedule Dec 6th going UPS 2nd day air.
Unfortunately, UPS then incorrectly sorted your package and once they got it straightened out they had a flight delayed. (See attached images of your shipping) Your package was finally delivered on Dec 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience the UPS shipping caused you and we will refund your shipping charges for your order 9992670. I will send you a new receipt reflecting the refund.
