Sorry to hear you were disappointed in your tickets cause they were not green. I checked on your order and the template you choose was a black and white template: https://www.ticketprinting.com/Event-Tickets/Details/St-Patricks-Day-General-Admission-Ticket-004/ which does have options on the paper color see image below: You left it at black and white smooth.
