Eventgroove has exceptional integrity and incredible customer service! I have placed many orders with no problems; however, recently a job arrived and did not look as expected. They quickly sent out a corrected product which still was not what I was expecting. I called and spoke with Ivan and after several messages back and forth, he solved the problem. I have not received the product, but I had to leave this review because it has been a long time since I have had company give an order this much attention and work this hard to make sure their customer was happy.
