    Great product

only 4 stars because I wish I could have increased the font on some of the lines on the ticket

Hi Katherine: Thank you so much for the feedback. The pre-designed templates do have the font size set, to be able to accomadate a wide variety of text within the space. I know it can sometimes be frustrating if you have more text in one line. Another option for you is to use the Design Your Own service. https://products.eventgroove.com/design-your-own/editor/raffle-ticket/ You can add the template background that you used: ![](https://elkriversystems.zendesk.com/attachments/token/VkhdNgg80Q9IgquqkuDg6abiY/?name=image.png) And use a text layout template to start out: ![](https://elkriversystems.zendesk.com/attachments/token/cTDvAVTG70uESF2hXpJHTBeZT/?name=image.png) Once the text is on the ticket, you can change the size, font, color and location. If you have any questions on this service, you can call our customer support team at 888-771-0809 and they can help you out. Thanks, Beth Perry Eventgroove
