When We'll Make Things Right

Quality Issues & Our Mistakes

If any of these happen, we've got you covered with a free replacement or full refund:

  • Printing Problems: Colors that don't look right, blurry images, or other print quality issues

  • Damaged Items: Your product arrived damaged or defective

  • Wrong Product: We sent you the wrong item, size, or color

  • Missing Items: Part of your order didn't arrive

What to do: Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send us a quick message with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos so we can see what happened. We'll review everything and get a replacement sent out to you right away!

Manufacturing Defects

Sometimes things don't come out quite right during production. If your item has any manufacturing defects or doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll happily send you a brand new one at no cost to you.

Custom Made-to-Order Items

Since every product is specially created just for you using your unique designs and specifications, we can't accept returns for:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you don't want the item anymore

  • Wrong Product Ordered: Accidentally selecting the wrong product or size

  • Color Preferences: Not loving how the colors turned out when they match what you ordered

  • Design Changes: Wanting to modify your design after we've printed it

Pro Tip: Double-check your design, size, and colors before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us first! We can place your order on hold and send a printed proof so you can confirm all the details.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Making a return request is easy:

Refunds & Replacements

  • Replacement Timeline: New products are typically produced and shipped within 2-5 business days

Option 1: We'll Handle the Return Don't want to deal with the hassle? No problem! We'll send you a prepaid return label so you can ship your order back to us at our expense, and we will recycle it. 

Option 2: Keep It Simple You can simply recycle your responsibly and we'll send you a replacement immediately - no need to ship anything back!
