Great Customer Service
The tickets shipped very quickly. They were shipped by UPS. UPS attempted one delivery to the school and then returned them to Eventgroove. I worked with customer service. They monitored the return, refunded my shipping, and then shipped them back to me two-day express so that I would get them on time. Their customer service is top notch and the product was very good quality for a great price.
