    Bike for a cause raffle ticket

    I neede a ticket that was perferated in both ends because I added a coupon. was very disappointed in my tickets. I thought by adding a perferaction line on the opposite side that both ends would be perferated. Only one was perferated. I also was disappointed there wasn't an option with the name and ...

    Hi Georgeann, Thank you for taking time to comment on your recent Support Summer Camp for Kids raffle ticket orders. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in your tickets. If you use the online Design Your Own template there is a tool bar to the left of the template. On that tool bar is the options for putting the perforated lines on your ticket. If you use this tool bar for the perforations then both place will be perforated. If you upload a complete image to the DYO with the lines on the image the computer doesn't know you want extra perforated lines. You can also up load images and add lines for the name and address. (see image attached) Many customers do not want the lines or names on the ticket so that is why it is an option. You can call us anytime between 7 am CST and 7 pm CST or you can chat with us.
