One is to submit a custom order where our designer will set it up for you. The other option for a lesser price and quicker turn around time is to do this online on the Design Your Own service. You placed the order on Saturday November 11th so it went in as Monday's order which means it would ship on Tuesday November 14th. It did ship on the 14th going FedEx Ground. It was due to arrive on November 17th however it shows in the tracking there was a weather delay. FedEx attempted to deliver it on 18th but the business was closed so it was delivered on Monday November 20th. I will call you and we can discuss what happened. We use TicketPrinting.com for a couple of different projects each year, and are generally very pleased with the product and service we receive. The tickets are beautiful and really add the impression of professionalism we were looking for for our events.
Customer service was very helpful when our tickets arrived and did not have the included CSV file information printed on them (row & eat numbers). 4 stars due to the added hassle of delays due to the reprint.

Graduation tickets
The first batch of tickets that I received were wrong, there was 396 tickets for the same seat. I was worried that it was going to be a big fight to get them re printed. The customer service representative that I talked to was extremely helpful and pleasant and had the tickets reprinted the same day and I received them 2 days later. They are perfect and that is one less thing to worry about for my upcoming graduation! Thank you

We ordered tickets for an Eagle Scout Fundraising project and the tickets were printed and processed professionally with faster than anticipated shipping.
