Great service all around!
We purchased several batches of tickets for an event series this winter. One of the deliveries was automatically returned by the local post office because they apparently don't deliver to anything without a PO Box. Eventgroove was not only quick to refund us for that order but also said to contact them for future orders in this area to make sure the product was delivered. That was a really refreshing response! Will always recommend them and look forward to working with them again soon!

We used your company to make these tickets twice for a fundraiser that we did two times for our senior party fundraiser! The tickets were really easy to make online and you could see your edits right away. There were no surprises. We got the tickets very quickly and they were perfect for what we needed and good quality-not flimsy/thin paper. We didn’t have a lot of money to spend on tickets, but definitely needed them so the budget black-and-white was perfect for us! Thank you.

The whole process was so easy, but the icing on the cake was the phone call I received less than 24 hours after placing my order ... they caught a mistake I made in the date of our event and they reached out to me to confirm before printing. You don't get this level of service much these days!

I am so very pleased with the customer service and care provided with my recent order. My order arrived with shipping container and many tickets damaged. When I notified customer service with pictures, no questions were asked but a sincere apology offered. All of the tickets were immediately reprinted and shipped to me by air. I received the new shipment within 3 days. I cannot thank you enough for the immediate response and care you showed. I will definitely use your company again next year.
