First set had an issue I called immediately but closed on weekend so of course by Monday they were ready to be sent out. I find this hard to believe since closed all weekend. I ordered a second set of tickets and was promised 40% off. I recieved $6.00 back this was not 40% of order. Will never order again.

Always on exactly what I ordered
Always great quality product. Also with this specific order FedEx lost my package. I contacted Eventbrite.com, and they shipped a new order with next day shipping to make sure I had what I needed. This wasn't there fault, but they still took care of there customer.
