Thought the Pre-formatted ticket was great. The only issue I had was while the white Type on the ticket looked great on all the color boxes on the screen when we received them the white type in the Yellow Box did not show well. That why I only gave you four stars.

You placed the order on Saturday November 11th so it went in as Monday's order which means it would ship on Tuesday November 14th. It did ship on the 14th going FedEx Ground. It was due to arrive on November 17th however it shows in the tracking there was a weather delay. FedEx attempted to deliver it on 18th but the business was closed so it was delivered on Monday November 20th. I will call you and we can discuss what happened.
