We purchased several batches of tickets for an event series this winter. One of the deliveries was automatically returned by the local post office because they apparently don't deliver to anything without a PO Box. Eventgroove was not only quick to refund us for that order but also said to contact them for future orders in this area to make sure the product was delivered. That was a really refreshing response!
