The template was easy to follow and individualize to our purposes. I wish I had called and asked about the possibility of a larger photo. We wanted people to see the beauty of the quilt being raffled. The paper stock and print quality were excellent to give a very professional look to the tickets. We purchased several batches of tickets for an event series this winter. One of the deliveries was automatically returned by the local post office because they apparently don't deliver to anything without a PO Box. Eventgroove was not only quick to refund us for that order but also said to contact them for future orders in this area to make sure the product was delivered. That was a really refreshing response!
