We have purchased our wristbands and other items from you and have always been extremely satisfied. This order was different. Beginning with shipment. They came in an UPS envelope and not a box like they always do. The envelope was torn at one end, exposing the bands. During our event the bands torn easily just by separating them. During the night. several guests came back to have them replaced. We have photos if you need them. Not sure if we will order these again.

I ordered tickets and wristbands for upcoming New Year’s Eve Party. This was my first time ordering and after about an hour of formatting tickets and wristbands I noticed in the address I put NE and should have been NW. I immediately tried to change the error but wasn’t allowed. This was 1:00am and customer service was closed. I called exactly opening time eastern standard time but was told there was nothing they could do and I had to order new tickets. The lady first told me I also had to pay for shipping and I had to tell her it was my first time here, how long it took for me to do the tickets & wristbands also I read where shipping for reordering is free. I still had to pay for the order with a discount although the customer service was closed when I originally ordered.

I already had tickets of certain numbers but I didn't have enough tickets for my event. I didn't want to repeat numbers. Every Effort was made to get me ticket numbers that were not the same.

I loved the quality of the design and the price was affordable. My only issue is that the some of the tickets were stuck together and ended up tearing and couldn't be used. I'd still definitely use this company again.

The wristbands I ordered looked exactly what I thought they would look like. I customized them with a decorative background and the words overtop were easy to read. They came so quick as well! I will order again in the future!
