The whole process was so easy, but the icing on the cake was the phone call I received less than 24 hours after placing my order ... they caught a mistake I made in the date of our event and they reached out to me to confirm before printing. You don't get this level of service much these days!

I know it can sometimes be frustrating if you have more text in one line. Bike for a cause raffle ticket
I neede a ticket that was perferated in both ends because I added a coupon. was very disappointed in my tickets. I thought by adding a perferaction line on the opposite side that both ends would be perferated. Only one was perferated. I also was disappointed there wasn't an option with the name and phone number lines already on them. A blank canvas with the lines on one end would have been nice. I'm my design I forgot to add them. Since i didn't get both ends perferated it ruined my tickets. I did not want to spend the money to reorder so I bent the ends of every ticket to make it easier to rip off. I feel I wasted my money making my own design when I didn't get what I thought I was getting. My quilt raffle tickets were nice but you need more options where my own picture can be uploaded. I would have liked a picture if the blanket on the ticket.

If you use the online Design Your Own template there is a tool bar to the left of the template. On that tool bar is the options for putting the perforated lines on your ticket. If you use this tool bar for the perforations then both place will be perforated. If you upload a complete image to the DYO with the lines on the image the computer doesn't know you want extra perforated lines. You can also up load images and add lines for the name and address. (see image attached) Many customers do not want the lines or names on the ticket so that is why it is an option. You can call us anytime between 7 am CST and 7 pm CST or you can chat with us. We also respond to emails. 888-771-0809 We will be glad to help with any questions before you place the order. We will call you to discuss your order with you on Monday. Livingston Centre Historical Village Fundraiser
We get stapled tickets and sell many outdoors. If staples were punched in
opposit side , we could straighten staple and pull off one at a time and not
scatter others that are are loose. Is this possible? Also, do not believe
you need such heavy cardstock for these plain tickets.
