Concert tickets
We love them, but the seat numbers are so difficult to see that we are exploring other options instead. There is no option that we could find to print the numbers in white. But black print on dark colors do not work for us. Aside from that, they look great. We hate that we have to look elsewhere, as we use tickets now for everything.

This order was different.
Beginning with shipment. They came in an UPS envelope and not a box like they always do. The envelope was torn at one end, exposing the bands. During our event the bands torn easily just by separating them. During the night. several guests came back to have them replaced.
We have photos if you need them.
Not sure if we will order these again.

I ordered tickets and wristbands
I ordered tickets and wristbands for upcoming New Year’s Eve Party. This was my first time ordering and after about an hour of formatting tickets and wristbands I noticed in the address I put NE and should have been NW. I immediately tried to change the error but wasn’t allowed. This was 1:00am and customer service was closed. I called exactly opening time eastern standard time but was told there was nothing they could do and I had to order new tickets. The lady first told me I also had to pay for shipping and I had to tell her it was my first time here, how long it took for me to do the tickets & wristbands also I read where shipping for reordering is free. I still had to pay for the order with a discount although the customer service was closed when I originally ordered.

Just afraid that someone may order the same exact tickets is that possible because of the web address in back of the ticket. Would that be possible? How can I keep track of my tickets?

8/17/2017Hi Ericka, We have a number of things that will prevent someone from copying your exact ticket. On the back of the ticket is a bar code, which is a random numbering system. I have sent you the CSV spreadsheet with the numbers via email. These are unique to just your order. Also your order number 9887492 is under the bar code that is your invoice number and if anyone tries to duplicate your order on line it will give them a different invoice number.
